The Carousel has a full arcade featuring the latest in redemption and arcade games. The full sized carousel is the centerpiece of the arcade and is the only one operating in Ventura County. The Carousel was built by Western Carousel Inc. in 1972 and has 36 hand-painted animals you can choose from to ride. There is a snack bar where homemade fudge, as well as candies, chocolates and beverages, are sold. A gift shop that sells souvenirs and collectibles is also found there.<p> Hours of operation: Sunday through Thursday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Friday and Saturday 10:00 am to 9:00 pm. Hours can be seasonal, call ahead to verify.<br> Plenty of free parking.<p> The penny machine is in front of the carousel across from the snack bar. Cost to press: 51¢ each design.
