Was told only two penny machines and one token machine remain. All are located to the right of the entrance, past the checkout. I pressed only the Gator in Machine 5. I costs a dollar and the penny is supplied by the store. Beware, my first try resulted in a dirty, somewhat corroded coin that was basically worthless. Second try was better, but NOT up to what is expected. Person who fills the machine needs training. Souvenir City is a family owned tradition since 1956 and opens seven days a week. Machine 3: had new designs (2013) is located to the left as you enter the store. $.51 per roll. Designs are:
1) Mermaid,
2) Sand Dollar,
3) Pirate,
4) Turtle,

Machine 5: is located to the right past the checkout.. An electric pirate machine that costs $1 per roll (paper bill, no quarters, machine supplies the penny).
1) Beach chair and palm trees,
2) Shell,
3) Treasure chest,
4) Gator.

Medallion machine 2: is located to the right past the checkout.. Medallions cost $5.00 each or 4 for $15.00,
1) Footprint in the Sand,
2) Mermaid / Pearls,
3) Green Sea Turtle,
4) Pot-Bellied Seahorse.

Retired Machies:

Retired 1 design was: 1) The penny has the Lord's prayer on it. (V)
Retired 2 design was: 1) The dime says, 'Souvenir City. Gulf Shores, Alabama. Including a shark in the center. (H)
Retired 4: 1) Couple on beach / "I Love You", 2) "Best Friends", 3) Shark, 4) Dolphin & 3 Sea Gulls

Retired Medallion machine 1: 1) Legend of the Sand Dollar, 2) Pirates / Jolly Roger, 3) Megalodon Shark Jaws, 4) Bottlenose Dolphin.

Shops sell a Souvenir City medallion & pressed penny collector book (great white shark pic on front) that holds 24 tokens and 24 pennies. Costs $1.99.

9/28/24- The descriptions of the designs are backward for machines 3 and 4. The pictures are correct. (Fixed)
Machines 3 and 5 are the only two penny machines in the store. Machine 3 is still $.50 and machine 5 was out of order.
The only token machine in the store is machine 2. Machine 3 is located to the left as you enter the store.
Machine 5 and the token machine is located to the right past the checkout.
