The shop is in the Tokyo subway Station. Head towards the North Underground passage. The Tomica Shop is part of a row of shops called Tokyo Character Street.

The machine has 3 designs. It's at the back of the store. 200 yen each. Designs are:
1) Police car,
2) Race car,
3) Truck.

Head to Yeisu North Underground Passage. Tomica is a toy shop. They have 3 car designs. It is part of the subway but not where the tracks are so you don't need to enter turnstile if your not taking the subway. 8/19/18 Machine works great
