They sell coffee and pastries. <p> The Machine sits just inside the door to the Cafe, visible from the sidewalk as you pass. Each pressed penny costs one Loonie ($1) and one penny. Designs are: <br> 1. Piece of pie and text: EAT MY CRUST. <br> 2. Apple with text: BITE INTO IT. <br> 3. Text: EXIT 509 BEGINS @ END OF THE THREAD CAFE.<br> 4. Road Sign with text: END OF THE THREAD CAFE and "BRIGHTON, ONTARIO below the Sign.<p> 8/2/18. Machine has moved farther back in the store but is the same machine with same 4 designs.<br> Each pressed penny costs one Loonie ($1) and one penny. <br> There was a cup containing several pennies, both Canadian and US, sitting on the machine. Most were extremely dirty, tarnished, and, maybe, even a bit moldy. Good thing I brought along my own supply of coppers. <br> I will post pics later.
