Hours of operation: Wednesday through Monday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Closed Tuesday. Call ahead for seasonal hours. You have to take a Ferry to access this location, either by car or as a walk-on. Very limited free parking in front. PennyCollector books for sale for $4.99 plus tax.
If you are visiting the San Juans Islands, it's a 1 to an 1½ hour one way ferry ride from Anacortes to Orcas Island. From the Orcas Island Ferry terminal to Cottage Gift Shop is 500 feet: a 2 minute walk. The round trip fare per walk-on adult (19 to 64 years old): $15.85, Senior (age 65 & over) / Disability: $7.90, Youth (age 18 and under): No Charge.
