Aure du Commun is a gift shop that is dedicated to lovers of Normandy. The shop sells locally made souvenirs, D-Day souvenirs, books, T-shirts, tea towels, vintage toys, and other assorted gifts. Discover the cockpit of a French Mystère IV in the shop, the first French fighter to break the sound barrier.
A new Penny Men machine added here on 4/25/2012. The eurocent machine is located inside the gift shop next to the coffee mugs.The gift shop is located across the street form the Office de Tourisme. Hours of operation: April through September Monday through Sunday 10:00 am to 20:30 (8:30) pm. October through March 10:00 am to 12:30 pm (Closed for lunch an hour and a half) 14:00 to 19:00 (2:00 to 7:00) pm. Closed Sunday and Monday in low season.
